Personal introduction:A seasoned legal expert with extensive experience in energy, corporate law, infrastructure, and emerging technologies, he currently serves as the Dean of the University of Makati School of Law. He has previously served as Undersecretary of the Department of Energy and Chairperson of the National Renewable Energy Board. A graduate of the University of the Philippines School of Economics and the College of Law, with a Master of Laws from Cornell University Law School, he has advised on major public-private partnerships and regulatory reforms both locally and internationally.
